ABOUT LIZ KINGSLEY
A career dedicated to dignity, safeguarding and women’s empowerment.
Liz Kingsley’s professional life brings together social entrepreneurship, domestic-abuse advocacy, mental-health experience, faith leadership and women’s empowerment. Her work has been shaped by a long-standing commitment to helping women and families move toward safer, stronger and more secure futures.
She holds two Master’s degrees from universities in the United Kingdom and is a qualified domestic abuse consultant in the UK, combining academic knowledge with extensive frontline, leadership and community experience.
PROFESSIONAL & SOCIAL IMPACT

Liz is the Founder and CEO of Safe Arms, an organisation dedicated to providing support to victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
Alongside her work in the charitable and social-impact sector, she serves as a Mental Health Act Manager within the NHS, bringing extensive professional experience to the intersection of mental health, safeguarding and domestic abuse.
Her expertise and advocacy also led to her selection by the UK Home Office to contribute to policy development and awareness initiatives relating to Honour-Based Abuse.

NHS Wellness Therapy Programme
Liz developed and delivered a wellness therapy programme within the NHS designed to help reduce the psychological impact of abuse and trauma on victims and survivors.

Liz continues to facilitate training and awareness programmes that equip church and community leaders to address domestic abuse and promote safer families and communities

She partnered with the National Black Crown Prosecution Association to raise awareness of domestic abuse within Black Pentecostal communitie

Her work extends across Africa, where she became the first woman to lead an open campaign against domestic violence within the Church in Nigeria.

Liz is the Executive Pastor of RCCG City of David, Kent, where she is a seasoned preacher and teacher of the Word. Her faith leadership sits alongside her professional advocacy, mentoring and social-impact work, shaping a holistic approach to service and community leadership.
She is married to Pastor Segun Kingsley and they are blessed with two children.
